I’m Joanna,

a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience supporting teens, children and families in both school and clinical settings.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling and how hard it to know what to do next.

My role is to create a safe, supportive space where child feels heard, and where you feel guided and supported every step of the way.

I created Mindful Space Therapy to offer a calm, welcoming environment where teens, children and families can feel safe, understood and supported without judgement.

As your Therapist, I believe meaningful change happens when a child feels truly heard and when parents feel supported and equipped along the way.

My Approach: Supporting Growth and Emotional Well-being

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help your child.
